Refund policy

Website creation

Website projects are custom work. Your project deposit (typically 50% of the quoted amount) is non-refundable once design work begins. If you cancel before design work begins, we refund the deposit in full. If you cancel mid-project, you pay for the work completed to date and keep the files we have produced.

Hosting and updates subscription

The $120 per month hosting and updates plan is billed in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next charge; we do not prorate or refund the current month. Your site stays live until the end of the paid period.

Problems with your site

If something we built is not working as agreed, tell us within 30 days of launch and we will fix it at no charge.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
