Terms of service

These terms apply to every website project, hosting plan, and service you buy from Studio9D of Melbourne, Florida. By paying an invoice or starting a subscription you agree to them.

Scope and quotes

Each project is quoted in writing. The quote lists what is included. Work outside the quote is billed separately at our current hourly rate or by a new quote.

Payment

Website creation is paid through a secure payment link we email you. Most projects require a deposit before work begins and the balance before launch. Hosting and updates is $120 per month, billed automatically to the card on file.

Your content

You supply text, images, logos, and product information, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content on your site.

Ownership

When your project is paid in full, you own the design and content of your website. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio. Third-party themes, apps, fonts, and stock assets stay under their own licenses.

Hosting and updates

The monthly plan covers hosting, SSL, backups, software updates, uptime monitoring, and up to 2 hours of content changes per month. Unused hours do not roll over. Larger changes are quoted separately. If a payment fails, we will notify you; sites with 30 days of unpaid hosting may be taken offline.

Timelines

Timelines depend on receiving your content and feedback on time. Delays on your side extend the schedule.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be handled in Brevard County, Florida.
